Our Services: From Beauty Idea to Market-Ready Product

I am Ene Adasen, founder of Ene Naturals. We are manufacturers of natural skincare and haircare products based in Nigeria and the UK. While we manufacture products for our own brand, we also work with other brands as private label manufacturers, creating both white label and custom products for businesses looking to launch or expand their product lines.

Over the years, I have seen that many aspiring beauty entrepreneurs have great ideas but do not always understand the full process required to turn those ideas into compliant, market-ready products. This is where our work goes beyond manufacturing.

At Ene Naturals, we operate across three key areas:

1. Private Label & Custom Manufacturing

We manufacture natural skincare and haircare products for brands through:

White label products (ready-made formulations branded as your own) Custom product development and manufacturing Small to scale production Packaging and product development support

This service is ideal for businesses that want to launch a product line without setting up their own manufacturing facility.

2. Beauty Business Consulting & Product Development

As a beauty business consultant, I work with startups and growing brands to develop their products from idea to prototype before manufacturing.

This includes:

Product concept development Custom formulation Prototype development Product positioning Costing and pricing guidance Packaging guidance CPSR and certification support Preparing products for manufacturing

The goal is simple: to turn your idea into a compliant, market-ready product that can be confidently manufactured and sold in local and international markets.

3. Training & Education for Aspiring Formulators

We also train aspiring formulators and beauty entrepreneurs who want to learn how to develop and produce compliant, market-ready skincare and haircare products.

Our training focuses not just on how to make products, but how to:

Formulate properly Understand ingredients and functionality Develop stable products Work within safe usage rates Understand cosmetic compliance Produce products using good manufacturing practices Prepare products for the market

Because knowing how to make a product is one thing, but knowing how to make a compliant, safe, and market-ready product is what makes the difference between a hobby and a business.

Final Thoughts

Our mission at Ene Naturals is to support beauty entrepreneurs at different stages of their journey — whether you are:

Starting with an idea Developing your first product Looking for a manufacturer Trying to launch properly Learning how to formulate professionally

We are here to help you build not just a product, but a structured beauty business.

If you are ready to develop your product, manufacture your line, or learn how to formulate properly, Ene Naturals is here to support your journey from idea to market.

Stop Making Products. Start Building a Brand.

The Mindset Shift That Changed Everything

There was a mindset shift that changed everything for me in my beauty business journey.

I stopped thinking like someone who makes products, and I started thinking like someone who builds a business.

At the beginning, like many people in the beauty industry, my focus was on the product — the ingredients, the textures, the formulations, and the results. I was asking questions like: How do I make this product? How do I improve this formula? How do I make this texture better?

But at some point, I realised that making a good product and building a successful business are not the same thing.

That realisation changed the way I approached everything.

I stopped thinking only about formulation and started thinking about:

Who is this product for? What problem is it solving? How much does it cost to produce? What is the profit margin? What packaging is suitable for this market? What regulations do I need to comply with? Is this product scalable? Where will this product be sold? Is this a product… or is this a brand?

That was the mindset shift.

I moved from thinking like a formulator to thinking like a founder.

And when you start thinking like a founder, your decisions change. You become more strategic. You become more structured. You become more intentional. You stop guessing and start planning.

Many people know how to make products. That is a skill.

But building a brand requires structure, strategy, and long-term thinking.

If you are in the beauty industry, this is something worth thinking about:

Are you focusing on making products, or are you focusing on building a business?

Because the answer to that question will determine the decisions you make, the way you price, the way you package, the way you launch, and ultimately, whether you are running a hobby… or building a brand.

Sometimes, the biggest change in business is not a new product, a new logo, or a new supplier.

Sometimes, the biggest change is a mindset shift.

You’ve Found a Manufacturer… But Do You Have the Product?

Many beauty startups get excited once they find a manufacturer.
It feels like a major step forward — and it is.

But finding a manufacturer is not the same as having a product ready to launch.

Before production can begin, you need a product that has been properly developed from the ground up. That means a formula aligned with your brand vision, your target market, your product goals, and the standards required for the market you want to sell in.

This is where many founders get stuck.

They know the type of product they want to create. They may even know the look, texture, and audience they are aiming for. But they do not yet have the technical product development support needed to turn that concept into something real, compliant, and ready for manufacturing.

That is where my service comes in.

I help beauty startups develop compliant, market-ready prototypes based on their brand requirements. This means I work with founders to understand the product they want to launch, then develop a formula and prototype that can be taken to their chosen manufacturer for production.

Beyond product development, I also provide support with CPSR and certification requirements to help position products for sale in international markets. This is especially important for founders who want to launch with confidence and avoid costly mistakes later in the process.

A manufacturer can produce your product. But first, you need the right product to produce.

If you are a beauty founder with an idea, a vision, and even a manufacturer lined up — but you still need help developing the actual product — this service was created for you.

Ready to launch properly? Get in touch and let’s develop your product the right way.
